Triathlon Training Camps Mallorca 2027
Do you want to start your triathlon season stronger, fitter, and more complete? In collaboration with Athlonix and coach Edwin Dasselaar, Clips Mallorca Cycling is organizing two unique triathlon training weeks on Mallorca in 2026:
- 6 March – 13 March 2027
This week is intended for the slightly less experienced triathlete. As a guideline, the average pace on flat roads is under 28 km/h. - 13 March – 20 March 2027
This week is aimed at the slightly more experienced triathlete. As a guideline, the average pace on flat roads is over 28 km/h.
These guidelines are intended to help you choose the week that best suits your level. The first week is not exclusively for beginners, nor is the second week only for advanced triathletes. There will, however, be a slight difference in pace and overall experience, allowing the groups to ride together more comfortably. If you're unsure which week suits you best, feel free to get in touch with us. We'd be happy to help you choose the group that best matches your level, so you can get the most out of your training.
During these fully organized weeks you will benefit from:
- Personal coaching by Edwin Dasselaar
- Swim technique sessions with video analysis for direct improvements, and reference document
- Tailored run and bike training adjusted to your level and goals
- Use of premium bikes: Ridley Fenix Disc with Shimano Ultegra, 105 Di2 or Ultegra Di2
- Inspiring seminars on swimming technique, training principles, and sports nutrition

Who is Edwin Dasselaar?
Edwin Dasselaar lives and breathes triathlon. After a sporting youth he discovered the sport in 2013 and was immediately hooked. Soon after, he developed into a high-level athlete, completing his first full Ironman in 2016. Many races and notable results followed. In 2020 he turned professional, achieving a personal best of 8:19:16 on the Ironman distance and winning the Gelreman full distance triathlon in record time. In total, Edwin has already finished eleven full-distance triathlons, including several extreme races.
Alongside his athletic career, Edwin founded his coaching practice in 2017. With a Master’s degree in Human Movement Sciences and as a TTN3-certified triathlon coach, he has since guided athletes of all levels: from beginners learning their first freestyle strokes to seasoned triathletes preparing for an Ironman. What makes Edwin unique is his combination of scientific knowledge, top-level experience, and a personal approach — tailoring every training session to the abilities and ambitions of each athlete.
